The IT Solutions Center provides a central point for NKU technology support. If you have questions or problems, multiple options for assistance are available from calling, online chatting, visiting in person, or you can request a service online. The IT Solutions Center number is (859) 572-6911.

To visit the center in person you can stop by the main service center in Steely Library 220, the support center in Founders Hall 220 during hours of operation, or the Steely Library first and fourth floor (open) labs during library hours.
